Ken Roe was born and raised in Charleston before moving to Hawaii in his 20s to pursue his passion, surfing. Ken met his wife Pam on the shores of Maui where she introduced him to all the local grindz the island had to offer.

Together they opened and ran restaurants across the country, with Ken at the front managing and Pam in the back of house.

After 20+ years in the restaurant business they finally settled down in Charleston to raise their two daughters, Lani and Makena.

Now, after years of bringing other people's dreams to life, Ken and Pam are running their own food truck. The entire Roe family is excited to be serving up their 'ono Hawaiian food all over the Lowcountry.
